Endless
Pools was featured on FOX’s RENOVATE
MY FAMILY on Monday, September 6 and Monday,
September 13 at 9/8c. The episodes depicted a home renovation
in 7 days for the Rosier family. The Rosier family loved
sports and competing together until Steven Rosier, just
seventeen years old, had a tragic snowboarding accident
that left him confined to a wheel chair. Since Steven’s
accident, the family has been forced to spend their
time focusing on Steven’s recovery and just getting
by instead of playing sports and enjoying the outdoors
together.
Each day Steven struggles to find the motivation
to do the intensive physical therapy necessary to
walk again. The Rosier’s newly renovated home
will include an Endless Pool to help Steven along
the path to recovery.
More than just a swimming pool, Endless Pools are
installed in thousands of private homes and physical
therapy clinics for physical therapy, rehabilitation,
aquatic therapy and exercise. Water’s buoyancy
and resistance, greater than that of air, helps speed
recovery from injury without the impact associated
with land based exercise.
Steven’s
pool featured several options in addition to the standard
system, including underwater lights, a retractable security
cover, stainless steel grab bars and a water powered
lift.
